Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Absolutely!

Q: Will your bath bombs stain my tub?

A: Our products are coloured with high quality, skin safe ingredients that will not stain your tub! Please ensure you are using our products in a clean tub. If there is any residue simply rinse away!

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

A: Not a chance. We are animal lovers here at LMSS, between our two owners we’ve got two dogs and two cats and firmly believe that our products are best “tested on people, not pets”.

Q: Are your bath bombs safe for sensitive skin?

A: Our bath bomb are packed with simple, high-quality ingredients, including several butters and oils which are known to moisturize the skin. Although adverse reactions are rare, be aware of your own allergies and sensitivities and discontinue use if any rash or discomfort develops.

Q: How many uses will I get out of a bath bomb?

A: Our bath bombs are perfectly formulated in different sizes to accommodate single use, no matter what size tub. If you do want to save a portion of the bath bomb for later use, break prior to dropping in the tub as the reaction is difficult to stop once activated by water.

Q: When should I drop the bath bomb in the bath?

A: This is a matter of personal preference. You can drop the bath bomb in when your tub is halfway full, or wait until you are in and the water is no longer running.

Q: Do any of your products contain aluminum?

A: No. We source high-quality ingredients as we truly want our products to take care of both body and mind.

Q: Are your products safe to use if I have a nut allergy?

A: Some of our products include ingredients like jojoba, coconut oil, almond oil, shea butter, and hazelnut oil so make sure to check the label prior to use of any product.

Q: Is SLSA safe to use?

A: SLSA is a safe, skin friendly surfactant that creates lather and bubbles and is derived from coconut and palm oils.

Q: Do bath bombs expire?

A: Although bath bombs don’t technically expire, they are best used within six months of purchase. The fresher the product, the faster the fizz and stronger the fragrance.
